The Elegance of the Lighting

This is a design case for a reception center of a real estate and property listing. The designer has created a unique style by making fabulous use of diverse Japanese elements. A coniferous-planted garden landscaping along with the log-made windows and sliding doors; they all present a warm and sophisticated image under the sunlight. An excellent combination of gray stone and light-colored wood has made the whole space bright and comfortable. On top of the wise maintenance of spatial mobility, the idea of sustainable architecture has also manifested in the way that the building has wonderful ventilate as well as good lighting. The Japanese Yamato vibes of the architecture deliver an elegant style, connecting people with the coziness of their home when standing in the space.

Lighting is definitely one of the main characteristics of this design case. Simplicity has transferred all the spaces into a magical stage of the lighting. The designer brilliantly utilizes a large area of window space and with accurate planning, forming the natural light and the warm and yellow lighting into a fantastical web. In addition, the light wood and gray stone dismisses the distance between people. The medium-length partition wall remains a smooth mobility. The high ceiling and the arched modeling light have added extra layers to the entire space and moreover, extend people’s perspective. Multiple window and door design bring the Nature indoors and keeps the building cool and well-ventilated. When there is any light breeze, the people in the building will feel rather relaxed and enjoy the beauty of this energy-saving and eco-friendly structure. Furthermore, the amazing use of color is another highlight of the design. The light-tanned wall in company with the ash-grayed celling and floor stack on top of each other, making the whole space fun and elegant at the same time. With the sunlight shining through the windows, the wide and spacious area will enlighten and entertain all the visitors.

Overall, this particular design is bight and simple. Based on the Japanese Yamato inspiration and design, it brings the beauty of the sunlight into the building.
