Suzhou High-tech District Plot 18 Project

The project is located in High-tech District in Suzhou, China, which is an important part of the eco-technology city of the "one core - four cities" in Suzhou.

Surrounded by several mega scientific research and innovation bases, a substantial amount of qualified technical personnel will come and settle down in the area. Various kinds of schools of each grade are distributed over every part of this district, which makes the district is equipped with superior educational strengths.

The site is surrounded by four urban main roads, which brings a convenient traffic environment. Meanwhile, greenbelt and landscape resources are also abundant, which makes it a high-quality habitable place.

The project is seperated into 2 blocks, Block A as a residential cluster and Block B as a commercial and mix-used public supporting facilities area. The whole planning concept is based on the characteristics of local society, economy and environment. Taking the multiple needs to modern residential environment and living facilities of people into account, our team aims to build a livable homeland and community center that belongs to and will serve the whole local area.
