Located at a key junction between the old town and new development area, the project creates a "Super Park Living Community" that seamlessly blends parkland, residential spaces, and commercial hubs into a unified ecosystem. Guided by the philosophy, “Dwelling in Reflection, Merging with Nature,” the design seeks to offer an urban resort experience where architecture, landscape, and nature coexist harmoniously, providing residents with a peaceful, rejuvenating environment.
The centerpiece of the design is a self-built urban park, envisioned as an “urban green heart” that connects to a broader ecological network, offering a calming green refuge. The park features floating islands, cascading waterfalls, meandering paths, and tranquil water elements, all working together to create a serene, immersive experience. A river-like feature runs through the central courtyard, connecting different life scenes, enriching the space with natural beauty, and creating a resort-like atmosphere.
The project also emphasizes the “Park-to-Home” experience, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. By incorporating soft, organic boundary structures and elevation changes, the design allows the green landscape to naturally flow into the residential areas. Terraces, sunken courtyards, and elevated void spaces provide diverse layers of greenery and contribute to the community’s ecological richness.
To enhance the living experience, two distinct homecoming routes have been designed: one offers a hotel-style roundabout drop-off, and the other provides a park tour, guiding residents through the green spaces. This thoughtful design allows for an immersive emotional transition, creating a deeper connection to nature. Materials such as Kuban green stone, red cave stone, and aged bronze seamlessly integrate with the park, presenting a calm, refined aesthetic that complements the natural surroundings.
Sustainability is prioritized, with native tree species, recirculating water systems, and low-maintenance materials reducing environmental impact and conserving resources, while fostering biodiversity within the community.
