Baroque Palace

Baroque Palace Residence is a completed ultra-luxury private residence in Hampstead, London, designed as a contemporary interpretation of European palatial living. Developed within the constraints of an existing London house, the project transforms a restricted residential envelope into a dramatic Baroque-inspired family home with formal reception rooms, ten bedrooms, multiple kitchens, home-working spaces and a private wellness level with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

The interior combines hand-finished gilding, bespoke plasterwork, marble, onyx, artistic parquetry, fabric wall panelling, custom Baroque furniture, hand-painted ceiling canvases and 24-carat gold-plated detailing. Every colour, proportion and finish was individually coordinated across walls, doors, cornices, chandeliers, brassware, fabrics and furniture to create a coherent architectural language across four levels.

Behind the decorative richness, advanced residential technology is carefully concealed. Climate control, ventilation, Lutron lighting, Crestron automation, Sonance invisible speakers, integrated security and access systems are absorbed into the architecture through hidden service routes, bespoke ductwork, floating cornices, shadow gaps and concealed panels.

The result is a rare London residence where palatial atmosphere, handcrafted detail and modern performance operate as one. The project delivers exceptional visual impact while remaining a functional, comfortable and technically resolved private family home.
