The project is located on the shores of Shuxi Lake in Hefei High-Tech Zone, covering 88 acres south of Wanshui Road and east of Shilian North Road, with a plot ratio of 1.3. Comprising 23 stacked villas, low-rise townhouses, and mid-rise apartments, the masterplan adopts a south-low, north-high composition, creating a layered, staggered urban form.

Central to the design is the concept of a “Super Podium,” which elevates the entire community base to soften differences with city roads and extends the podium’s edges north, west, and south through landscape and functional setbacks, forming a “Super Boundary” that encourages urban and residential permeability, spatial hierarchy, and community interaction.

The development emphasizes Eastern spatial rituals and integration with nature. The main entrance to the north establishes a five-stage ceremonial axis, guiding residents from arrival to home, while “Folded Forest” landscapes employ terraced setbacks and vertical greenery to generate dynamic, upward-flowing vistas. Villas are placed toward Shuxi Lake in the south, and taller apartments to the north maximize views of adjacent city parks.

Architecturally, façades use asymmetrical composition and reference traditional heavy-eave motifs, combining metal lines, glass, warm stone, and stone-effect aluminum panels accented in teal, forming a modern, refined “picture frame” aesthetic that balances solidity with lightness. The design integrates multi-generational social spaces and layered gardens atop the Super Podium, creating diverse residential experiences that intertwine privacy, communal interaction, and ecological awareness.
