Elevated Elegance

Elevated Elegance is a compact 36m² residence located opposite a prestigious national university. It was designed by physician parents as a heartfelt gift for their son, a law student, fulfilling two aspirations: the parents’ desire to provide the best living environment and the young resident’s wish for a home that reflects his individuality and visual taste. Within the original 3.6-meter ceiling height, a mezzanine was introduced to separate functions, placing the bedroom and wardrobes above, while the lower floor was reimagined to include a concealed-storage foyer, streamlined kitchen, flexible lounge-study, dining area, and a reading nook. Deep, cool tones and expansive mirrors dissolve boundaries and expand spatial perception. Slender steel stair treads measuring only 8 to 10 millimeters maintain lightness and elegance. The result is a home that blends health, aesthetics, and intelligent spatial planning in a harmonious balance.
