Linyi Lanxi Original Demonstration Zone and Residential Area

This project is located in the ecological core area of Lanxi Wetland Park and inherits the cultural context of the thousand-year-old city “Lanling”. The city has profound cultural connotations, with “Lan” symbolizing the virtue of holy king's aromatic grass and “Ling” representing the meaning of highland vigilance. The combination of the two constructs the spiritual totem of Eastern dwelling. Leveraging the wetland ecological base, the project upholds the concept of boundary-less design to create a “home in the park” and constructs a poetic dwelling sample along the urban green axis.
The design concept revolves around the creation of a micro-vacation future community, centered on the aesthetics of forest dwelling. Through the collaborative design of architecture, landscape, and fine decoration, an immersive vacation scene is constructed. The hotel-like homecoming route and the progressive seven-layer landscape create a ceremonial spatial sequence.
The brand system and environmental signage system adopt a stealth luxury aesthetics strategy, innovating modular signage and material systems. Fine installation achieves seamless integration and enhances the quality experience of homecoming. Visual coordination constructs a super-symbol integrated system, refining the orchid form as the visual gene, establishing color control standards, developing graphic systems suitable for multiple scenarios, and realizing the visual integration of architecture, landscape, and signage through the BIM platform.
In summary, the project continues the contemporary chapter with design at the intersection of the city and wetland, cultural context and modern life, becoming a spiritual landmark of the city.
