Encounter the Yihe Yuan in the Domain

This project is located in Dachang Hui Autonomous County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, adjacent to the sub-center of Beijing. Because the local Peking Opera and opera is the core industry, the project aims to build a cultural complex integrating culture, experience, leisure and vacation with the characteristics of the national quintessence of opera. At the beginning of the design, we thought about how to reflect the oriental aesthetics, so the theme of oriental aesthetics was established, and the Chinese elements "flowers and birds" and "landscapes" were extracted, inspired by the traditional Chinese paintings "Magpie Double Happiness Picture - Shen Quan" and "A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains - Wang Ximeng". Also, the blue color of the local intangible cultural heritage "Enamel Color + Cloisonne" was used as the accent color to create a unique cultural atmosphere. The apartment type was positioned as a private custom vacation club, aiming to let people enjoy a slow life and the sense of detachment of Chinese courtyards. There are many design highlights. In terms of spatial layout, the first floor creates an LKD integrated space and uses fully open folding doors to introduce outdoor landscapes; the bedroom is equipped with aging-friendly functions and uses the four elegant elements of the Song Dynasty to create an artistic atmosphere. On the second floor, the master bedroom is arranged with hotel-style functions and a unique entrance design to enhance the sense of ceremony. The sloping roof combined with the landscape wall cloth painting creates a magnificent atmosphere, and the secondary bedroom is shaped with a feminine temperament to create a poetic space. The mezzanine presents an oriental Zen style, and the multi-functional meeting room in the basement adds intelligent experience and continues the landscape elements. In terms of shape, characteristic elements such as landscape art glass screens are used in many places. In terms of color, a warm color is used as the base tone, and the blue color of "Enamel Color + Cloisonne" is used as the accent.
