Ronge Cultural Office Space

The Ronge Cultural Office Space design, covering an area of over 300 square meters, is custom-designed for a team of more than a dozen people. It aims to create an office environment that aligns with the characteristics of investment project companies while fostering a creative and efficient collaborative atmosphere. The core design concept revolves around a "relaxed and refined" aesthetic, intended to inspire innovative thinking among employees, facilitate seamless internal communication, and reflect the company’s open and inclusive cultural foundation.

This design completely overturns traditional office models by abandoning the conventional front desk and instead using an open, connected layout to welcome visitors, which creates an open and inclusive office atmosphere. The clever use of the fan-shaped structure not only enhances spatial flow but also strikes a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics. On the side with a gentler curve, there is a dedicated area for employees to relax, socialize, and enjoy refreshments, which also offers a superb view of the Shanghai Bund. This significantly enhances the quality of the office environment and improves the overall work experience for employees.

In the longer curved area, the design team focused on practical needs by planning storage areas, restrooms, and office spaces. By strategically placing the conference room in the center, the layout effectively separates the entertainment and office zones while maintaining overall spatial fluidity. This design prevents interference between functional areas and ensures the independence and functionality of each zone.

To maximize the use of limited material resources, the design adopts the method of exposing the ceiling, which addresses ceiling height issues while significantly reducing costs. The office furniture and storage cabinets are made from birch plywood, which not only has good durability but also ensures the unity of style. This design combines modernity, functionality, and aesthetics by blending industrial elements with minimalist design, creating a professional and artistic office space.
