Apt. Breezy

The site is an old apartment. The name of the project is "Apt. Breezy", which conveys a relaxing, airy, and pleasant living atmosphere. The designer reorganized the layout. By removing the partitions, the flexible space plan no longer blocks the sunlight and breeze. The lighting in the kitchen and study room bar area changes over time, combined with the green park scenery outside the window. Whether in the kitchen or living room, the designer emphasizes the unobstructed view and spatial mobility. The delicate observation and thoughtful arrangement restore the character of the space.
Instead of bulky storage cabinets, the designer applied some design elements as embellishments to maximize the utilization of space. The interconnected and smooth circulation between each area eliminates the oppression and narrowness of the site, turning the dull old apartment into a sun-lit residence where the owner can enjoy the wonderful solitude of living alone.
