Kuleshov is an 11-story residential development located in Zhubei, Hsinchu, designed to foster creativity and interaction in an area facing high real estate prices and limited amenities. The project is named after the "Kuleshov Effect," highlighting how the arrangement of visual elements shapes perception and meaning — a principle equally applicable to architecture.

The design incorporates a non-traditional, interconnected layout that enhances indoor ventilation and maximizes natural light through deep-set windows and multiple openings. This thoughtful configuration allows residents to transform spaces to accommodate various functions, whether it’s a home office, gym, entertainment area, or bedroom. Such flexibility not only addresses practical living needs but also encourages engagement and personalization, resonating with the Kuleshov effect.
