CLOUD MANSION

The CLOUD MANSION project is located in the heart of a mature and upscale residential area in Fengtai, Beijing. It benefits from superior natural and transportation conditions, mature supporting facilities, and a strong residential atmosphere, making it a focal point for Beijing's urban elites and high-quality social groups.
With the core design concept of "Future Growth" and the external expression of the "Cloud Sail," CLOUD MANSION aims to create a modern technological living experience that encompasses ecological, livable, and futuristic attributes. It harmoniously integrates with the urban fabric, seamlessly blending into the surrounding context while establishing its own unique identity. The design features a central tower as the core, a spatial layout centered around the "Three Entrances and Five Courtyards" ceremonial sequence, and two major axes—the horizontal ceremonial axis and the vertical landscape axis—to create a symmetrical arrangement. The main entrance is located on the west side, elongating the horizontal sense of ceremonial homecoming and combining with the oversized lobby design to create a "homecoming experience centered on etiquette and coexistence."
Taking inspiration from the vitality of growth, the design incorporates the symbolism of the moon, using water as a mirror, and employing sails to navigate the clouds, nurturing the building through the clouds, and connecting the "heaven" and the "earth" to create the "Cloud City, the Realm of the Future," leading to the "Cloud Mansion" in Beijing
The façade design of the CLOUD MANSION follows the golden ratio, divided into three sections: horizontal lines that create a balanced and stretched appearance, silver-white streamlined lines that depict an upward growth and embody the spirit of life and the future. The top part features the "Cloud Sail" design, with interwoven gold aluminum panels and light strips. The cloud-like form and spiritual essence of the "Cloud Sail" symbolize a sense of freedom and harmony, resonating with people's desire for a carefree and fulfilling life, where everything becomes clear and connected. It represents a spirit of moving forward courageously and aspiring to great heights, becoming the soul and pinnacle of the new landmark.
