Palace Mansion by Haikou Holdings

The project is located in the core area of Dayingshan CBD of Haikou City with beautiful scenery and pleasant climate, aiming to build a comprehensive community integrating high-end residence, business and leisure. With convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities around, this project becomes a landmark building in the new city center.The inspiration of our design comes from Haikou's unique marine culture and natural scenery, taking "blowing breeze and sight of the sea flowers in a day" as the design theme. It strives to create a luxury and natural charm of space experience in the integration of modernity and tradition.People will feel as if they are in nature, and the project restores the ambience the of natural life. We wanted to implant more localism and uniqueness into the floral decoration different from the regular projects. Elements such as shells and sea creatures are added in terms of the material and form, attracting the imagination of the sea and forming a unique visual experience. We hope to deconstruct and reproduce the shape, color and essence of Haikou by means of collage. Natural colors like bluish green and citron yellow are presented in accordance with different proportions in each furnishing space. Porcelain, shell, woven, wood, agate and other materials are contrasted and integrated to show a unique design style. Combined with the climatic characteristics of Haikou, materials with anti-corrosion and moisture-proof properties like oak, teak and others are selected to ensure the durability and aesthetics of the furniture.

The leaves are like waves swaying in the breeze, soft and vibrant. Woven with copper wire and shell pearl helps build elegant humanistic spirit deeply revealed by pure meaningful. The perception is felt to create a fresh and refined welcome atmosphere. The design plan fully considers the regional characteristics of Haikou and the need of modern living, and strives to reflect the pursuit of quality and aesthetics in every detail.
