An imposing entrance was associated with an elegant dining room and a grand living room connected to eclectic-style rooms. Features of transformation and functionality invited the visitors to explore various spaces. They would appreciate the compelling interest in the ambiance.

As a model home, we utilized a large area of stone assorted with wood texture. The stone and wood materials composed a luxurious and balmy space. “Different scenery appears with each step” was the concept of the project, so we staged lots of features on the traffic flow. The visitors would be amazed by the feature wall framed by the linear lighting or the marble wall in the living room after a turn. Those focal points impressed the potential buyers’ and increased the chances of inquiry. Meantime, all the furnishing and fixtures were easy to remove and reusable. Thereby, we thoughtfully made an effort for environmental protection through the manners.

Adhering to the concept that “Different scenery appears with each step,” we created dynamic styles for individual private spaces. In the master bedroom, we installed a fabric-upholstered headboard in Hermes orange for setting a modern style. Then, through faux cement wall panels, a light industrial vibe appealed in the secondary room. And in the kid’s room, vibrant colored wallpapers and geometric panels brought childlike sensibilities. Various designs could resonate with potential buyers to find their preferences.

We took full advantage of curves at the ceiling, corners, and facade. The curvy elements coordinated the narrow shape of the living and dining room combo. Besides, the slats and black trims layered the view strikingly. In addition, the mirrored display cabinet created an expanding illusion and enlarged the public space. At the same time, the fluted sliding door to the secondary room made a transparent motif with privacy preserved.
