The project is located in the Lize area of the Second Ring Road of Beijing, which enjoys a mature business district, complete supporting facilities, superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The Lianhua River adjacent to the project is regarded as the Mother River of Beijing and plays an extremely important role in the formation and development of the city. In recent years, relying on the policy of "building Lize Financial and Business District into a new financial highland in the world", the Lize area has gathered a large number of urban high-end and knowledgeable customers.

The community planning adopts enclosing layout, the buildings are orderly arranged, and there is a large-scale central landscape garden of about 1 hectare in the center, realizing the original design intention of creating landscape for every household. The buildings' corner set-back arrangement and staggered treatment make the community surrounded by green space and create an urban public interface with pleasant scale. The residential building units are foreign-style houses and small high-rise slab-type apartment buildings of 8 to 17 floors, with two elevators for two households and good orientation. In terms of interior space, a corner living room is arranged on the riverfront landscape side. The 270-degree viewing space allows people to have a close look at the Lianhua River and overlook the Lize Business District.

As for community image, this project adopts design techniques without fixed style based on an international perspective to return to the design itself and pursue the ultimate architectural aesthetics. The design concept of "Prosperous Times and Flying Dragon" makes the building more artistic and rhythmic. The use of large glass curtain walls and aluminum plates presents the prosperous scenes in Beijing's inner city, the aluminum plates with warm "champagne gold" color can reflect the warmth of the community, make every level of texture reflect the light of culture, create an innovative work that truly conforms to the future aesthetic and living comfort of Beijing luxury houses, and build a new dwelling landmark for the inner city of Beijing.
