EAST LAND

The EAST LAND future community is built on the riverfront. From the urban landscape to the community center to the interior of the residential area, residents can experience the urban environment in which the community is located and the future home-returning flow lines. As people walk through the front yard, they come to the community center. The overhead space on the ground floor penetrates into the shared space of the community, and the green grass and water landscape extend to the ground floor of the building, conveying a wonderful and indescribably harmonious sense of time in the overlapping light and shadow and rational order. The urban sidewalk is integrated with the front yard along the street of the community center, and the building recedes to create the street space for recreation, forming the urban living room corner, allowing people to walk into its interior naturally.

As for the planning layout, symmetrical ritual sequence is applied to the plot to create an axis sequence, square pattern and spacious and orderly internal space. The community is designed with a large sunny garden of about 22m*88m and a floor space of about 40m, creating open courtyard space between the floors and providing a view for every household. External landscape is integrated to achieve ecological extension, and internal and external integration makes maximum use of landscape resources.

The vertical and horizontal lines cross each other without any interference and are clearly separated, which is the ritual feeling of the building facade. The main body of the facade uses a white main frame and is complemented by dark coffee-colored grooves to enhance the sense of layering of the overall frame. The coffee-colored paint is used as the base material for the building facade, creating a figure-ground relation with strong contrast. The thickness of local civil construction is thickened to form the change of moldings, which can save costs and accurately control the proportion of details, and fine moldings of a non-small size can also present an outstanding facade effect due to the contrast of proportions.
