KOFISI Square is our newest Centre in Nairobi offering business 50,000 sqft of premium and dedicated Office, Meeting and Event Space.

KOFISI Africa’s in-house team have successfully combined upmarket hotel with functional office design for all the work space areas at KOFISI Square – including meeting rooms, conference spaces and event spaces as well as office and coworking spaces, integrating wellness and aesthetic design, so coming into work, is as appealing as visiting a high-end hotel.

Walking around KOFISI Square, you'll find stunning and engaging indoor and outdoor spaces, designed and built for collaboration, flexibility, rapid repurposing and social interaction. Space where work is done, is seamlessly blended with the places where people meet, eat and wind down for coffee breaks or drinks before teams head for home.

There’s a huge Terrace Bar and our KOFISI Bistro serving non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, as well as a selection of healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Combined with the Atrium, these three spaces offer outdoor working spaces with 360 views of the city. It also serves as the most incredible destination for high end business functions for 300 plus people, with continually updated technology, a PA system and five-star hospitality services.

Aside from both large and smaller meeting rooms, all individual in their design, KOFISI’s bespoke Assembly Room is a large technology focused space ideal for large scale business conferences.

The design and build team collaborates with local designers and fundi's who create over 80% of our bespoke furniture, fixtures and fittings. Our wallpaper and fabrics are designed and sourced locally. We ensure that our suppliers work exclusively with wood that is sustainably sourced.
