SAVYAVASA –2 Bedroom Show Flat

We were commissioned to design all the apartments, public spaces & amenities & 2 Show Flats in 2 towers of the SAVYAVASA residential development in Jakarta.For this flat, we considered a younger demographic with an active social life as the primary target.We wanted to have an open plan and maintain the column free northern façade uninterrupted.To achieve that we converted the junior bedroom into media room and opened it up to the living room. In consideration lifestyle changes, the flat can easily be converted into a two-bedroom flat and the study can be converted into a lounge/guest bedroom.
