Taking “green ecology” as the theme and the growth process of seeds as the storyline, the circulation route from front hall, negotiation area, bar area to kids’ play area responds to the course of seeds’ growth, while unfolding with the storyline. The spatial circulation route follows the original architectural logic, and connects with the flowing spatial form and transitional art installations, just like a drama with a coherent beginning, climax and ending.
The front hall, as an independent space, is separate from other spaces, hence enhancing a sense of ritual. Stone slabs on the wall improve the spatial touch, and the embedded wooden grille brings a warm tone , both of which convey different emotions in the scene. The decorative green plant subtly highlights the theme of urban forest.
The property model display area and the negotiation area are not distinctly divided, but integrated into a whole. The vertical decorations linking with the high ceiling appear like an array of trees, intensifying a sense of spatial power and tension.
In the bar area, the wood veneer background wall echoes the aluminum grille suspended ceiling. The brightly projected metal materials and the large-area wood veneer complement each other, filled with a sense of design. The rotary built-in lamps generate a naturally elegant atmosphere.
The kids’ play area is embellished with green color. The curved shape of bookcase increases the spatial flexibility, and adornments are in line with the spatial theme. A plenty of insect specimens promote the interaction with children, whilst also bringing fun to the space.
In addition to delighting the target property consumers, the public space also functions as an educational venue open to students after school, which encourages cultural enlightenment education and emphasizes the importance of reading habits in children’s growth.
