Pengrui Sanlong Bay No.1 Plaza

Sanlong Bay No.1 Plaza is built in Foshan, one of the mega cities in South China, the third largest city in Guangdong, the "back garden" of Guangzhou in the past, and a new city that will be comparable to Guangzhou and Shenzhen in the future. It is the living priority of Foshan Chancheng, this is the origin of the "Foshan Ceiling", adhering to the design concept of Meyer-Davis: luxurious yet not extravagant, gorgeous yet not exaggerated. A sense of advanced art and value is incorporated into every detail of Sanlong Bay No.1 Plaza.
The design breaks away from the "homogenization", the current residential style under rapid construction, going deep into the land area to explore its origin. The concept in this planning and design is adaptation to local condition, focusing on spatial layout, functional location and public landscape, fully considering the urban spatial form, emphasizing the planning concept of an axis with two wings running through the plot, which is conducive to pedestrian flow orientation and also creates a visual corridor to the Pingzhou waterway for the city. Starting from the four contexts of Bay area setting sail, shining as stars, shading the sky and returning home, the design is divided into four contexts as emotional guidance of space, creating a space with rich spatial layers and rhythm without losing the elegant tone of the temperature. It fits in with the new lifestyle and philosophy, and also echoes the spirit of the Pengrui Bay series products, creating a new symbol of the residential area next to the Pingzhou waterway and a new business card for the city.
