In this case, we aim to build high-end houses with the theme of iterative human settlement model. The environmental experience of building underground space as overground is taken as the space medium, and the open space concept inspires the interest of visitors to explore the future life. The designer takes the idea of extracting the linear movement of light as the track of space, endows it with the dimension of time, and interprets the spatial experience of changing seasons. By stratification, progression and interpenetration of horizontal and vertical dimensions, a completely free spatial state is constructed, making the exploration more vivid.
The family sharing park on the mezzanine is under the concept of a green wall, which connects the indoor and outdoor spaces as if bringing the nature into the interior. The large glass skylight on the top makes people feel the comfort of enjoying the sunshine.
As for the design of the family manual operation area, due to the hostess is a costume designer, the designer introduces the concept of select shop and breaks the conventional function. Further, taking the advantage of space interlayer and empty space, the designer combines with the window design concept to display and retain the mark of life and spirit.
The health area space extends the spatial vision with mirrors. Thanks to the light boxes with outdoor natural forest patterns, the two spaces are connected together with the concept of window display, thus as if achieving a spatial dialogue.
The underground social living room is built on the garden with floating boxes and cantilevered viewing platform combined with the window concept, so that the natural scenery can flow to the interior.
With the sky light creating an artistic conception, the walls in the SPA room increase the sense of layering with grille. There’s also tropical style beach printing on the wall, which creates an immersive sensory experience.
