C-HOUSE

With the apartment located in Taoyuan, we have integrated the owner's needs into the space and hidden them in every corner to create a warm and comfortable space with a modern feel. Located on the first row of the river bank, the view is distant and unobstructed, and sometimes you can occasionally see airliners landing and taking off from Taoyuan Airport. With the excellent environment, the river park and the scenery of nature and humanity, we thought about how to bring the view outside the window inside the house. The public area is opened by large frence windows to bring in natural light, and turning the outdoor scenery into a unique blend of world famous paintings in the space.
Unlike the rigid cabinet contours, the soft rounded lines of the TV wall extend to the storage cabinet in the entrance, reducing the chance of accidental collision and visual sharpness. The design of the TV wall also provides more storage capacity for the bedroom space, thus achieving both aesthetic and practical design.
In response to the owner's demand for space for gathering and cooking, the living room, dining room and kitchen in the public area were specifically linked to eliminate the barriers between them, forming a wide and open unit that allows for spatial permeability, and makes these advantages complement the spatial planning, thus releasing the beauty of the space.
