CENTRAL ONE MANSION

Located in the heart of Jinan High-tech Zone, the project draws on Jinan’s urban heritage of “a city born from springs” and explores the distinctive water culture of the Spring City. The design distills the diverse expressions of springs, pools, ponds, streams, and waterfalls, weaving springs into the landscape as its connective thread and forests as its expansive backdrop to create a dynamic, three-dimensional landscape painting.

Taking advantage of the site’s existing level differences, the design innovatively introduces a dual sunken garden system. Through integrated collaboration across landscape, architecture, and interior design, spatial integration, visual connections, and functional synergy are carefully orchestrated to create an immersive spatial experience within a limited site, realizing an ideal of living and leisure in harmony—“seamless living, integrated with nature.”
