The GREENTOWN PINGYANG PLOT A28 is situated in the eastern district of Pingyang County, Wenzhou, with Feiao Avenue to the east, Guozhuang River to the south, Dongchuan Road to the west, and Yongning Road to the north. Spanning approximately 89,484 m2, the core concept of the project revolves around “following the natural flow, inspired by nature.” It honors the site’s natural boundaries and the relationship between the development and the surrounding landscape. With a staggered building design, the project creates an ever-changing connection with the expansive scenery, utilizes the landscape to its fullest and offers a truly unique living experience. The architecture of the eastern district is based on the classic low-density community layout, drawing inspiration from Yingzao Fashi (Standards and Models for Architecture). The design integrates “curved streets and surrounding corridors” to reinterpret the “modern Song Dynasty style” through innovative courtyards. The buildings are arranged with careful attention to orientation and spacing, ensuring privacy while providing spacious public areas and courtyards. This layout avoids the monotony of a rigid, barracks-like structure and creates a varied and flowing spatial sequence. The western section features a straightforward, organized layout, blending point blocks with linear designs. The high-rise buildings are designed under the theme “Phoenix Rising”, with façades that evoke the lightness of a phoenix’s wings in flight. The balconies are upgraded from simple decoration to “small canopies to ensure privacy, comfort, and aesthetic harmony. Each building includes an elevated level and covered corridors, which connect the landscape features through sheltered spaces, creating a lively, open, and rain-free community environment.
