JINAN XINDONGFZHAN AREA CSCEC YUNQIFENGHUA COURTYARD NO.2 /

This project is located in Jinan, which extracts the humanistic atmosphere of Quancheng, absorbs elements from the seclusion artistic conception of traditional literati, and creates a well-organized, transparent and flexible low-density community. On the basis of retaining the central axis, the completely symmetrical layout is abandoned, and the streamline and garden landscape are more natural. Combined with the courtyard wall of the low-density project, the exquisite park in the east is built as a whole.
The main entrance dominates the space with an abstract pitched roof image, which translates the traditional roof shape into a modern translation and forms a dialogue with the simple vertical facade. The entrance interface has a horizontal scale of about 30 meters in width, combined with a deep overhang: mouth, creating a strong sense of identity and territory at the entrance. The facade material uses luxury stone and bronze metal to form the main texture, which forms contrast and fusion in texture and temperature. The screen-like transparent facade treatment not only ensures the permeability of the space, but also embeds the forged hollowed-out pattern with the theme of "lotus" as the core cultural symbol. This design is rooted in the regional context, deduces oriental aesthetics with modern structural techniques, and reshapes the ritual sequence of contemporary mansion between form and artistic conception.
The architectural design reinforces the territorial sense and exclusive experience of residence through the independent organization of vertical functions. Each unit is equipped with independent entrance courtyard and private elevator. The internal space relies on three-dimensional vertical partition, integrates multi-level retreat, underground storage and other functional modules to construct a residential scene with noble feeling, privacy and comfort. Facade details blend into abstract cornice lines, adding a sense of movement to the building. The customized courtyard door echoes the facade shape, and cooperates with the progressive spatial sequence layer by layer to create a tortuous oriental artistic conception.
