Lighting Scheme Design of Mashang Consumer Headquarters Park

Deeply adhering to the core brand positioning of Mashang Consumer Finance featuring financial stability and technological innovation, this project relies on the unique spatial texture of the headquarters park, including enclosed architectural form, overhead annular corridors and central ecological atriums. Abandoning the exaggerated and over-bright design drawbacks of traditional urban lighting projects, it builds a high-end nightscape lighting system tailored to the temperament of fintech enterprise headquarters. With the core design philosophy of "stability as the foundation, flexibility as the charm, and ecology as the background", the project adopts layered light shaping, scientific collocation of warm and cool color temperatures, and refined dynamic and static zoning control based on the structural characteristics of the building facade. It accurately divides three major lighting systems: business static light, technological dynamic light and ecological soft light. While retaining the simple and solemn business texture of modern headquarters buildings, it integrates the technological imagery of digital data flow with distinct light and shadow layers and high visual texture, perfectly realizing the organic integration of architectural aesthetics, technological atmosphere and natural ecology, and creating a highly recognizable urban nightscape visual image.
The project adopts an intelligent time-sharing and zoning light control system, with innovatively developed multi-scene intelligent lighting switching modes. It can automatically adjust the lighting effect, brightness and dynamic rhythm according to different scenarios such as working days, festivals and late-night energy-saving periods, effectively balancing the three core demands of brand image display, park living experience and low-carbon energy-saving operation. Strictly complying with urban nightscape lighting specifications throughout the design process, the project adopts full anti-glare lamp selection and precise light control technology to eliminate light pollution and glare interference from the source, taking into account both nightscape beauty and park comfort. Successfully building a new nightscape landmark in the fintech field of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, the project achieves a multi-dimensional high integration of artistic aesthetic value, practical functional value and green low-carbon value, providing a standardized, high-quality, implementable and replicable benchmark case for the nightscape lighting projects of modern domestic fintech headquarters parks and high-end business complexes.
