This project is located at the northeastern corner of the intersection between Xingsheng Road and Chongning Road in Liangxi District. To the north, it adjoins the Xiaolou Lane historical district; to the west, Suning Plaza and the former residence of Qin Guliu; to the east, the Wuxi People’s Court; and to the south, Chongning Road. Situated within the core of the traditional urban area, the site enjoys established residential amenities and a complex urban structure. This project is dedicated to preserving Wuxi’s traditions and reviving the beauty of its cultural lifestyle. With the concept of “Song Dynasty Elegance,” it restores the city’s urban texture, completing the regeneration and renewal of the area while continuing the historical axis of Xiaolou Lane. Through the strategic placement of alleys, the design forms a vertical landscape memory, creating a living experience where residents can enjoy the city’s dynamic energy while retreating into the tranquility of nature.
