Help Me Develop service provides one-on-one support for small-to-medium-scale property projects. Site selection, feasibility studies, and project management throughout every phase of development.

Help Me Structure focuses on creating tax-efficient property investment strategies, includes advice on SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund) property investments and tax minimisation techniques, helping clients grow their wealth while reducing their tax liabilities.

Normally, each stage in this pipeline requires a different service provider, unlike IPG’s turnkey offering.

IPG’s unique Direct-to-Vendor Network lets clients access exclusive off-market properties at below-market value, scrapping conventional buying methods and creating instant equity.

In response to rising interest rates, IPG introduced CFRE, a game-changer in high-yield property investment. With net yields of 9–11%, over 400 rental rooms created, and $6.3 million in annual passive income for investors, CFRE addresses market challenges while ensuring profitability.

The Real Estate for Women (R4W) initiative is IPG’s groundbreaking program to break down gender barriers. Delivered through events, webinars and courses through the Australian Property Academy, they equip women with practical knowledge about property investment. R4W has empowered over 150 women to invest confidently and enabled 20 women to become licensed buyer’s agents.

IPG developed their own CRM systems and client portal, which provide each client with a real-time dashboard of their property transactions and portfolio health. These tools streamline processes and keep clients engaged.
