Starting from the daily life of contemporary people, I seek the balance between Oriental aesthetics and Western elegance, and incorporate the design language of "modern East" into the works, drawing inspiration from local culture such as Anji regional culture and tea culture, and presenting a modern Oriental elegance with the use of modern techniques and materials. In order to meet the sense of openness of public space, the living room, dining room, Chinese and western kitchen and three functional Spaces are integrated to achieve a smooth connection between cooking, dining and leisure. In the design of stairs, compared with the staircase design of terrace house products on the market, most of the concrete poured stairs, the space will appear congested and the light is poor. The steel hollow-out staircase design used in this project, combined with the sightseeing elevator, will be more flexible in space, will not appear congested, so that light can better enter the room. The design process is just in the rainy season, by using waterproof and moisture-proof finishing materials to replace wood finishing materials. The cost budget is limited, while ensuring the effect, the selection of new materials to replace high-cost materials. Through the active cooperation of various majors, to deal with a series of problems caused by the short construction period.
