CIG · GUOXING SHANGPIN LIGHTING DESIGN

Shanxi CIG Haikou Guoxing Shangpin is the first urban composite project developed by Shanxi Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. in Hainan, encompassing residential, commercial, and office spaces. Several leaders of the project contributed verses to express their vision: “The project symbolizes the integration of Shanxi's cultural heritage and modern development, showcasing a century-old enterprise’s commitment to prosperity in Qiongzhou.Good fortune is on the horizon.”（“上品楼盘三晋文章助国兴，百年企业琼州大地行鸿运。瑞庆大来。”）

The architectural style reflects a combination of modern minimalism and Hainan's regional culture, creating an organic blend of contemporary, fashionable living spaces with rich local cultural atmospheres. In terms of lighting, the focus is on highlighting the building's inherent qualities while creating distinctive focal points. Haikou's urban characteristics are defined by a fusion of tropical scenery and natural charm, merging modernity with diverse traditions. With its sunny beaches and vacation paradise vibe, the lighting design concept draws inspiration from the interplay of waves and sunlight, evoking a romantic island retreat.

The design incorporates flowing light and shadow, emphasizing the architectural features with recessed shapes to create a “light valley” effect. Lighting lines are designed to mimic movement around the building's distinctive forms. The lighting highlights the architectural crown, illuminating the interior structure to enhance the city’s skyline. The facade lighting captures the building's unique characteristics, adding rhythm and order to its appearance.

For color temperature planning, the residential lighting on the crown facade and unit entry doors is set to 3000K, evoking a warm, luxurious feel. The commercial podium lighting uses a 3000K base, with logos illuminated at 4000K to emphasize the podium's sophistication. The office facade lighting also uses 4000K to enhance the upward movement of the structure, while the signage system is set to 5000K for better visibility.
