With an endless passion for property and extensive experience in the building sector, I launched Bricks & Mortar in 2020 to provide an exceptional service that didn’t exist in the Melbourne market.
Valuing sales and property management equally, I’ve generated over $150 million in sales across the year. I was selected to market a property in Fitzroy above the two expected area agents based purely on my reputation and results. The project sold out in seven weeks, as opposed to the standard year. My projects regularly rank in the top 5 within REA and Domain’s project listings (normally 250+ projects) in monthly views and leads – with a budget a fraction the size of large-scale projects such as YarraBend, Australia 108, etc.
My stellar reputation has resulted in an extensive 50-strong network of trusted referral partnerships, including lawyers, accountants, property developers, and others.
My innovative approach has led to outstanding results, with the majority of new business coming from referrals. Revenue increased 92% YoY to a staggering $2.7 million in FY24 – notwithstanding the additional 50% of commission already earned on three projects and payable upon settlement.
