Phoenix Villa

This case is located in Wuxi, which is situated in the Meiliang Lake area in the northern part of Taihu. Known as the Pearl of Taihu, Wuxi has a strong humanistic cultural atmosphere and has given birth to many historical figures, making it an important birthplace of Jiangnan civilization and Wu culture. The target clientele for the courtyard-style layout primarily consists of small and medium-sized business owners. The partners represent a prosperous family of three generations living together, characterized by harmony and a pursuit of quality living. They expect their home to facilitate social gatherings and seek a space that embodies both luxury and artistic design. Therefore, we aim to create a custom international Eastern-style living space for this project, featuring landscapes that reflect the elegance of Eastern aesthetics. Our design inspiration for this project comes from Armani/Casa, which we have incorporated extensively into the soft furnishings. We utilized Armani's iconic Oriental luxurious fabrics and intricate patterns. In terms of color, we based the palette on a warm gray foundation, accentuated with black, white, and vibrant green. Materials such as leather, jacquard fabrics, luxurious stone, and gold leaf were used to add touches of opulence. Additionally, we incorporated various porcelain pieces from the five famous kilns of the Song Dynasty to express a return to the essence of Chinese elegance. On the first floor, the living room features furniture with integrated side tables that maximize functionality and space. The side tables are made of luminous cloud marble, highlighting luxury, while the coffee table is crafted from green luxurious marble. Wood fossil stools and decorative pillows with touches of vibrant green, along with some elegant jacquard fabrics, create a refined and sophisticated atmosphere. The dining table features panda white marble, complemented by a natural cloud marble chandelier, which emphasizes a luxurious texture and a grand, minimalist aesthetic.
