Hangzhou Shore Of The Moon

This case is located in the core area of the Canal New Town plate in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, inheriting the millennium cultural heritage of the canal. The interior design takes the theme of "Canal flowing gold, picking up light Dreamhua" as the theme, deducing the contemporary canal context in a new form, fully demonstrating the historical and cultural characteristics of the canal and its new look.
Looking from the water courtyard of the park landscape, the building looks like a secluded living room floating on the water, and the mirror curtain facade creates a light and thin architectural form. We set up a number of elegant rooms along the floor-to-ceiling Windows of the interior. Through the large glass, the water view of Songdo can be seen, and you can enjoy it, like a boat on the canal, feeling the contemporary literary interest.
Walking indoors, it can be seen that the new ceiling evolved from the canal merchant ship ceiling, combined with the large metal paint, gives the field a strong Oriental sense. In the foyer, the image of the flowing water is extracted as a shading on the metal background, and the curved folds at the two ends are also inspired by the ship ceiling, which naturally infuses the theme of the craft and the history of the canal into the overall atmosphere. Red marble luxury stone is used to decorate the space, paying tribute to the luxury temperament of the canal after thousands of years.
Taking the museum as the space carrier, we arranged a "miniature museum" scene in the museum of life. Through reconstruction and exhibition techniques, with the winding canal as the axis, we imitated a picture of life near the shore, telling the history, humanity, art and fireworks of the site. Through the translation of water, cabin, deck, lamp shadow and other elements, integrate the symbol of "canal culture", introduce modern elements and let history and culture participate in the interior space to create a living space that conforms to the project.
