Our project is positioned as an upgraded high-quality residential development, aiming to provide homeowners with a comfortable, high-quality, and boundaryless living experience that combines art and life.
In terms of architectural design, we approach it from the perspective of "life artists," emphasizing the fusion of the beauty of community spaces and architectural art to create a distinctive residential project. Our design concept stems from a deep understanding of the art of living.
We believe that art and life are not separate entities but rather integrated and permeating. Throughout the design process, we focus on the concept of boundaryless art and life, allowing every homeowner to experience the charm of art and the beauty of life within TIMES REALM.
The project is adjacent to the New Jinniu Park, boasting unique natural landscape resources. How to seamlessly integrate the surrounding environment with the project is our greatest challenge and also the source of inspiration. By deeply exploring the environmental characteristics of the project's location and combining the needs and preferences of the homeowners, we will skillfully integrate the beautiful scenery of New Jinniu Park with the residential units of TIMES REALM through scientific planning and clever layouts.
Based on considerations for future TIMES REALM homeowners, we advocate the design concept of spacious and bright single-level units.
The enthusiasm and positive attitude towards life of the people in Chengdu have deeply influenced us. We hope to reflect the Chengdu lifestyle in our design, allowing homeowners to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The exterior façade features large glass curtain walls, breaking the blurred boundaries between indoors and outdoors, allowing the natural scenery outside to blend into the interior. Each home's view acts as a "frame," capturing the surrounding beauty.
At the same time, the building itself becomes a colorful work of art, with transparency and brightness maximized to make the most of natural light. During the day, the changing outdoor light brings different visual effects. At night, the interior lighting interacts with the neon lights outside, adding a stunning scenery to the city.
