Heart Bay LRT

I use minimalist straight lines as the main element of the space. Through the interplay of black and white, I define the usage of space. The dazzling and flowing triangular geometrical twists create an expressive spatial expression, guiding the visual focus into a fashionable vocabulary.
The collective residential space design specifically for young buyers not only utilizes avant-garde and fashionable elements and materials, but also combines the concepts of environmental protection, energy conservation and physical environment control to form a modern living space.
I utilized stacked elements to enhance the warmth of the space, providing comfort to weary hearts. By combining various needs and functionalities, I achieved a visual balance between the ambiguity of reality and illusion. The interplay of light and shadow within the space, incorporating dark-colored corridors, offers a sense of liberation for those returning home, easing the burdens on their hearts.
The design features a visual progression from the entrance, reception area, and central courtyard, creating rich and elegant layers. The composition is characterized by a trendy and youthful aesthetic, with a large marble reception counter and a black cobblestone base, resembling a stylish whirlwind of triangular geometry, showcasing a modern and fashionable ambiance.
Each space is designed to provide the most comfortable atmosphere and environmental control conditions. The triangular geometry adds visual tension and harmony to the spatial acoustics, creating a new spatial experience that transforms with changes in lighting.
I carefully consider convenience and functionality. The triangular design of the linear light strip extends neatly from the ceiling to the wall. Through spaces with different tones, creative soft furnishings are coordinated to achieve the appropriate visual balance, allowing the space to interact with people.
This project has received various accolades, including the Green Building Index, energy conservation and carbon reduction recognition, Taiwan Integrity Enterprise Brand, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) innovation, energy storage, environmental protection, water conservation, and green building material certifications. Additionally, it has been honored with the Taiwan National Architecture Gold Award for Quality Architecture in the residential building category, receiving the prestigious first prize Golden Lion Award.
