Picture Life

The site is an old apartment. The name “Picture Life” comes from the strong connection between the space and its occupants. The owner is a painter with a keen eye for color. Inspired by the owner's professional background, the designer took into account his sensitivity to color and the need for a display space and used a light background color to highlight the artwork. In addition, to meet the owner's needs, the designer kept the home open-plan. Sophisticated finishes and appropriate hardware configurations create a living space that doubles as a studio with the comfort of a hospitality club.
In the small corridor between the master bedroom and the master bathroom, the designer cleverly set up a blank frame with changeable contents. The owner turns each piece of artwork into a unique art display. This project is a perfect blend of home life and art creation. The carpet divides different areas. Even a low couch is placed next to the window to provide a relaxing and aesthetically pleasing space for occupants and visitors.
