Fengjing SOHO International Project

The Xi'an Fengjing SOHO International project aims to create a window for Xi'an to connect with the world, crafting an urban utopia - the Taoist Butterfly Valley. Located in the modern service industry cluster of the High-tech Zone, west of Gaoxin Road 6 and north of Dingjiaqiao Lane, the project covers an area of 16,984.50 square meters (25.48 acres), with a total construction area of 69,606 square meters. Primarily for office and commercial use, the project's layout features four hundred-meter towers positioned at the corners and center of the site. Embracing a design concept of public and ecological integration, the façade reflects the city's high-tech image. Incorporating fourth-generation office concepts, the towers' floor plans adopt a rounded and porous butterfly theme. Office standard floors offer a 270° panoramic view, with a minimalist, transparent curtain wall exterior. Double-height terraces, adorned with warm and lively materials, form a vibrant valley embraced by nature, contrasting boldly with the main facade. Commercial amenities and other functions are integrated into a holographic base, with commercial podiums matching the tower's form through stacked volumes, creating a rational and rhythmic urban interface.
