The site is a building with a total of eight floors including the first floor. The project is a female' dormitory for a CMC company, emphasizing the division of shared and private areas and the home-like warmth. The designers focused on "work, life, and health" to create a comfortable living environment with a corporate culture.
The building is octagonal. The designers utilized irregular spaces to effectively distribute shared and private areas to enhance the centripetal force of the employees. An oval table in the social area on the ground floor emphasizes clustering with a simplified concept, and the columns are finished with a clean design. In the private areas, furniture can be moved to accommodate different living needs. A multi-functional area in the shared space serves various activities such as group activities, reading, and gatherings, ensuring efficient use of space.
