Beijing China Railway Xingchuang Yijing Project

The project is located in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, Beijing, adjacent to the Beijing-Kaifeng Expressway (200 meters to the east). The site is bounded by Guangmao Avenue to the east, Fuxing Street to the west, Fuhai Road to the north, and Jiefang Road to the south. A future primary school is planned to the south, and there is a city park green space to the west.
The residential buildings and supporting public buildings are arranged in a closed layout, forming multiple pocket parks and urban plaza parks as green clusters, creating a harmonious relationship with the park green space to the west. The architectural spaces are designed to have a sense of ceremony, connecting two central parks and integrating harmoniously with the urban fabric. Emphasizing the social atmosphere of community life, the project empowers urban vitality, considering multiple dimensions such as urban, ecological, shared, landscape, and lifestyle. With the project as the center, resources are integrated to create a high-quality living community known as the "Home in the Park."
The landscape main axis connects the urban plaza park and the central park, enriching the layout of the landscape and creating visual corridors. The supporting landscape axis connects the community entrance with the central garden, establishing a sense of homecoming and belonging, forming visual corridors in the east-west direction.
The project's facade incorporates the cultural heritage of Beijing's ancient capital. Based on modern architecture, it combines modern techniques with Chinese elements. The overall facade reflects the charm of the ancient capital, with a main color of beige paint complemented by gray accents and eaves. It integrates Chinese Eastern aesthetics with a modern and concise composition, pursuing a sense of harmony and stretch externally, and emphasizing the beauty of geometric composition and craftsmanship internally. It continues and harmonizes with the surrounding buildings in the neighborhood.
The architecture combines the essence of traditional colors with modern architectural language, interpreting a modern Chinese style.
