Qingdao Meijin Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park

Qingdao Meijin is the only enterprise in Qingdao city with the qualification for hydrogen fuel vehicle production. The project is an office building, the designer aims to create an efficient, healthy, comfortable and low-carbon green working environment, which also fits the company’s positioning and can tell the brand story.
The designer takes the art as the design soul, showcasing brand culture and future vision, shaping a unique corporate image and creating an office space that combines brand culture and narrative. The lobby design is inspired by “natural vitality,” with “growth” as the design inspiration, creating a strong visual impact while giving the space a soft and powerful attribute, interpreting the company’s aspirations for the vigorous development of the hydrogen energy industry and a bright future. Reasonable planning of circulation design and diversified functional configuration achieve efficient operation of the space. The design of the meeting rooms is rational and orderly, simple yet professional, reflecting an efficient working atmosphere.
Low carbon is the foundation, carrying a new ecological office. The designer practices the concept of low-carbon sustainability in diverse space scenes, focusing on the multi-functional transformation of space to create a multi-scene use space. The large conference room uses flexible partition systems to achieve the transformation of space functions, improve space utilization and adaptability, and create a low-carbon and aesthetic conference space. People-oriented, creating a green and healthy new experience, introducing intelligent facilities, designing anti-bacterial and epidemic prevention public areas and facilities. The social center is infused with natural elements, integrating physical and mental health details to create a positive work atmosphere and enhance employee happiness.
