Beautiful flowers, in particular, can convey their beauty through their fragrance. As a gentle breeze caresses, the scent of flowers lingers delicately. Subtle and intoxicating, one can close their eyes and immerse themselves in a magnificent and colorful sea of flowers.
"Flower Fragrance No.1” is the first masterpiece of the No.1 Series by China Construction Beijing, located in Fengtai District, Beijing (also known as Huaxiang). It is situated north of Fengtai Science Park, south of the 1,500mu Yangfang Sports Park, and west of the urban green space. With a combination of high-tech knowledge and ecological livability, it boasts mature surrounding facilities and convenient transportation. It provides a prerequisite for creating a benchmark for humanistic and ecological living in southern Beijing.
In terms of planning and design, the site is respected and honored. Eight garden apartment buildings are planned, aligning with the concept of "Huaxiang Fragrant Garden, Six Volumes of Incense." By adopting a "barracks-style" layout, maximum landscape space is reserved, forming a planning structure of "one axis and three parks." It seamlessly connects with the urban green park on the west side, creating a modern Oriental cultural residential estate adjacent to the park."
The residential units of Flower Fragrance No.1 are designed to meet the diverse needs of different family structures. With one elevator serving two households, the units are designed with a north-south orientation and a thoughtful separation of living and quiet areas. The south-facing units feature spacious open balconies and bay windows, maximizing natural light and providing scenic views. They interact with the floral landscapes of the neighboring Flower Fragrance Garden. To establish a connection with the urban park on the western side, a special corner unit with a panoramic view and a 270-degree skylight is created.
