MEIJIANG PIONEER takes "seclusion" as the core design concept, creating a unique residential experience of low-key luxury and seclusion within the city.
The planning forms a layout with a central tower surrounded by four small high-rise buildings, resembling stars surrounding the moon. The layout is symmetrically arranged with the main entrance located on the east side. By elongating the horizontal flow line of the homecoming ceremony, combined with the oversized spatial design of the community lobby, it creates a transcendent and homecoming experience that feels like stepping into a utopia across time and space.
The facade design adopts a symmetrical three-section composition along the central axis. The horizontal lines extend to create a balanced, stretched, dignified, and elegant facade. The distinct warm silver lines outline the form of "mountains and rivers," interpreting the spiritual core of "sharpness without revealing itself." The "lighthouse" shape at the top is achieved through the interplay of wooden-colored aluminum panels and light strips, embodying the soul and pinnacle of the new landmark.
For facade materials, dark-colored stones are combined with warm and understated wooden-colored aluminum panels. The use of low-saturation and luxurious color schemes, as well as the application of stone and wood materials, create a minimalist and restrained style, showcasing the low-key and luxurious temperament of the project. It is more international, modern, and artistic, constructing a prestigious hotel-style living experience.
