The case is located in Wenzhou, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province, which is one of the three major center cities in Zhejiang Province. Wenzhou has a long history, more than 2,000 years of history.
Overhead is the deep foundation of the building or sloping building footing overhead parts of the building space formed without backfilling earth and stone. Basically every modern neighborhood has this new space present.
We have created a multi-functional activity space through the overall functional planning, formed various linkages of neighborhood residents within the space, made the indoor and outdoor landscapes intertwine and penetrate each other, and connected the small environment of the elevated floor with the larger environment of the residential area. Through reasonable design, it can create a leisure space for different hobbies with a human touch, provide colorful recreation, morning exercise and other activities for residents of all ages, and meet the needs of residents' interaction and activities.
