HOMEPOSSIBLE is Avida’s flagship series of themed grand open house events that promote independence among its target market and encourage them to take the right steps toward getting their own Avida home. This initiative is anchored on Avida’s central theme for the year, Your Next Best Move, which is a call for future homeowners to seize every possibility in a safe, secure, and sensible living space. Moreover, it is an experiential learning event that will promote and increase sales of Avida’s residential properties while equipping the target market with the right resources and information to prepare them for purchasing and living in their own homes.
Avida aims to communicate to every overseas Filipino worker (OFW), young professional, family, and discerning investor that owning a home is possible and easy with Avida, which will lead them eventually into making their next best move. There were exclusive deals and perks offered throughout the series of Homepossible events as they purchase their property. Also, local banks and e-wallet platforms were tapped for convenient payment transactions. In addition, Avida tapped lifestyle brands such as Furniture Republic, Tefal, and Abenson Home to provide free interior design consultation or allow the clients to bring home items that are eligible with their property purchase.
To reach a wider audience, Avida Land also collaborated with media partners such as The Philippine Star and supported its Nakakalocal campaign promoting local SMEs in Avida’s Homepossible event last March 2023. In the recent Homepossible last June 2023, home seekers were able to explore business opportunities in Real-Estate and learn the basics of starting their own digital business during the EduSerye Lounge Talks with invited speakers from various local SMEs.
With these series of activations nationwide, Avida Land was able to reach and deliver more than 1 billion reservation sales and was able to empower local businesses to continue to produce high-quality products and services through the Nakakalocal Campaign.
Through these initiatives, overseas Filipinos, regional investors and home seekers were able to transform their dream homes into tangible investments.
