Pampanga Technopark, a 270-hectare development envisioned to be a new growth center in the Central Luzon region, is the Philippines’ first agro-industrial and commercial hub where trade, commerce, and communities come together in one dynamic business environment.

With the Industrial Zone at over 200 hectares, and registered with the Board of Investments, Pampanga Technopark will cater to light and medium, non-polluting enterprises. Moreover, it will be a new location of ALogis and ALogis Artico facilities. The ALogis ready-built facilities will span 8,000 sqm of warehouse space, while ALogis Artico cold storage will feature 5,000 pallet positions with temperatures from 10°C to -20°C.

Complementing these is the Marketplace, a 3,000-sqm agricultural wholesale market serving as a depot for the best and freshest agricultural produce and regional products. It will also feature a variety of casual dining restaurants and a gas station for motorists.
