This project is a plan for a large-scale real estate sales center. The building uses glass curtains in large volumes for its façade, providing indoor lighting and perspective. The lines of trees along outdoor paths and the green belt buffer in space allotted from the building cleverly creates a borrowed scenery effect. In particular, when the indoor lighting lights up at night, the building transforms into a brilliant jewel box, creating an eye-catching point of focus. It represents the famous skylines on the list of Taichung’s seventh-stage residences. Although it mainly deals in housing sales, it also deals in ideal lifestyle proposals, awakening desires for building a family nest through vivid scenario simulation, textures guests can physically touch and functional details, and providing more inspiration for future housing renovation.
The indoor area is about six meters high. In particular, the large chandelier above the guest reception lobby, model countertop and lines of traffic movement features a blinking emerald green form, resembling the synthesis of lush green leaves and a star-spangled sky. The quiet color scheme exudes a sense of luxury, with high-end product positioning aligning with the client brand image. The primary line of movement is divided into two. The line of movement on the left side from the guest reception lobby extends along the striped carpet on the ground, highlighting the broad and open atmosphere of the space. For the discussion lobby, the color temperature is deliberately kept low to create an elegant atmosphere. Wooden patterned screens, large quantities of light and dark wood, imitation stone patterned surfaces and copper parts show off the detail in craftsmanship from multiple perspectives. Multiple exquisite, shining gilt arches exude the imagery of beautiful luxury guest reception corridors of royal residences, providing a sense of grandeur for guests.
