Costa Azul Development is a new up and coming development company building LUXURY ISLAND TOWNHOMES on South Padre Island, Texas, USA. South Padre Island over looks the new SpaceX Starbase starship launch pad owned by Elon Musk located in the Boca Chica Village across the ship channel opening into the bay so the bar was raised across the board. As a new company, Costa Azul needed to create a brand and hit the market impactful with positive momentum while complimenting industry and local market. Costa Azul Development commissioned local design agency Viva Media Group to create and develop the new brand and online marketing and lead generating desktop & mobile websites. Viva was tasked to be with the concept and Ideas to future-cast the direction and styles of the brand and online interface logic and user experience to keep up with the rapidly evolving digital standards. and to continue to raise the bar above the new standards. Viva's innovative, strategic and tactical "plan for success" along with their experience, expertise and cultural intelligence made it happen.

The website was launched during the summer of 2022 and began to generate traffic and leads overnight.
