The client wanted a modern store, in the gourmet style, that would highlight differentiated service sectors and, at the same time, offer his customers a different shopping experience in each sector. Our project brought to the store design the various aspects of nature inpiration, worked in the design of furniture, in the layout strategy and in all the interior architecture so that they could bring, in an integrated way, the experience of allusion to nature along the journey. of consumption in the supermarket. All elements were designed so that we could work on the customer´s sensory experience, from the moment he or she enters. Upon entering the supermarket, he is welcomed by the fruits and vegetables sector, that was inspired by the organic and sinuous aspects of nature, what can be seen on the ceiling of the area, which is completely three-dimensional and translates this experience in terms of sensations.The opportunity of having experiences in the store, created by the project, seeks to reach the various organs of human senses, including the olfactory experience of customers, who, from the moment they arrive at the store, are welcomed by the smell of hot coffee, for example, which is freshly roasted, with different intensities, which generates different aromas.. Being human-centric, our design strategy embraced the use of technology in the store,besides considering the cultural characteristics of the country and the region in which the supermarket is located (Curitiba, Brazil).
