This project is a new single-story residential plan with an interior area of approximately 120 square meters.
With the actual needs of the client taken into account, the original four bedrooms were first adjusted to 3 + 1 bedrooms during the floor plan configuration stage and the room behind the sofa in the living room was released, which not only shortens the corridor, but also enhances the function of resting and interaction in the public area. At the same time, this accentuates the excellent lighting advantage of continuous windows, opening up a deep and wide field in one go.
The careful selection of materials, amiable soft furnishings and artwork are the key to constructing the proprietary design taste, sublimating the sense of ritual and adding aesthetics: The entrance floor uses the color tunes of the flooring materials to define the inside and the outside, while the entire flooring of the public area, the TV wall and the background of some of the cabinets are all made of warm textured mosaic tiles. The vertical and horizontal linear rays of light in many places echo the delicate layers of the ceilings. Partial grille finishes are flexibly applied for inward baseboards and the golden panels on the borders or cabinets combine modern sophistication and the elegant neoclassical charm emerges naturally.
The master bedroom continues the style of glossy stone, warm wood, fine latticework, and metal trim, and through the interplay, overlap, and progression and regression of the elements, it is a precise interpretation of what is low-key luxurious upstart; with additional changes in proportion and layer on a clean white base. The two secondary bedrooms are made of warm wood as the main theme, with a lot of linearity to add a sense of dynamics, while the pure natural wood veneer texture is itself a kind of installation art, releasing soothing and healing energy for a long time.
