Dowell Yin Landscape Villa

From a customer's perspective, the project explores the trigger points of life to meet the niche market of high-rise urban villas with double-story space. The open duplex structure allows enough private space for urban families.



The large lake view is introduced into the interior so that the living space is full of the atmosphere of nature. The big blocks are picked out and overlapped to break the boundaries of the room layout, and the space texture is revealed subtly.



The large-scale vertical living and dining room contains countless memories of taste. The dining table is made of white stone matched with modern materials such as brass and leather. The precision craftsmanship highlights the luxurious atmosphere and injects a warm and welcoming feeling into the space.



The concise fabric and warm wood are like appeal to ordinary life, and the open cabinet is simple and modern. The smooth lines and simple and clean façade enhance the appearance and quality of the space invisibly.



The children’s favorite blue color is adopted to trigger the emotional switch in their hearts. The overlapping blue and white bring fashion and vitality, and the plants make the space natural and romantic.
